If you’re seeing that too many posts are being reported as being unrelated:

You can fix this by decreasing Link Whisper’s threshold for how similar posts need to be in order to be considered related in the AI Sitemap. Inside of:

Link Whisper -> Settings -> AI Settings

You will need to decrease the value for “Sitemap Relatedness Threshold”.

(By default, it’s set to 85%, and decreasing it in increments of 5% works well for dialing in the sitemap.)

Once you have done this and have saved the settings, you will need to go back to:

Link Whisper -> Reports -> Visual Sitemaps

And click on “Generate Sitemaps”, as this will be necessary to re-process the relatedness data.
